The U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) Employment and Training Administration/Office of Job Corps has awarded High Impact Partners (HIP) two new contracts to support their initiatives.

Job Corps has tapped HIP to assist them in strategic planning and business efficiency assessment efforts. HIP will work closely with Job Corps’ executive management to perform strategic planning activities, which includes research, assessments, data analysis and reporting, and change management and communications.

Job Corps has entered the grants management space through their Demonstration Grants projects. HIP and its team of subject matter experts will provide tailored technical assistance (TA) to 26 Job Corps Scholars grantees. This includes webinars, peer-to-peer discussions, one-on-one coaching, grantee conferences, learning communities, and grants management support.

Job Corps is the largest nationwide residential career training program in the country and has been operating for more than 50 years. The program helps eligible young people ages 16 through 24 complete their high school education, trains them for meaningful careers, and assists them with obtaining employment. Job Corps has trained and educated over two million individuals since 1964, helping students complete their education, obtain career technical skills, and gain employment.
