Our full-day leadership training courses are tailored for emerging leaders, supervisors, and managers at the initial stages of their leadership journey. The first course, Next-Gen Leadership, is designed to introduce participants to core leadership principles and essential soft skills, equipping them with the tools needed to navigate today’s complex work environments.

Each module and its objectives ensure emerging leaders gain the skills and insights they need to excel in their roles. This comprehensive leadership course is designed specifically for emerging leaders, supervisors, and managers who are in the early stages of their leadership journey. Spanning a full day (6-8 hours), the course aims to introduce participants to essential leadership principles and soft skills. Participants will develop an awareness of their personal leadership strengths and areas for growth, and be equipped with foundational tools in communication, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence.
Participants will be guided through modules after a pre-assessment strength finder exercise to unpack self-discovery findings. As these emerging leaders dig deep into critical thinking, key traits will help define their leadership styles and accountability readiness.
Next, communication approaches, exploration, and listening are demonstrated in interactive activities that help the participants develop strengths-based communication and practice delivering messages effectively.
Resolving conflict and the common causes of conflict in teams are addressed to empower participants to learn techniques to resolve conflicts constructively. Lessons include the impact of conflict on team dynamics and productivity, and how different strengths can be leveraged to approach conflict confidently. Participants will practice conflict resolution through scenario-based activities.
Building emotional intelligence in leadership activities helps round out the participants’ capabilities and understandings. The course components include self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and social skills. The emotional intelligence module teaches techniques for improving EI and aligning skills with personal strengths. An interactive exercise allows participants to identify and manage their emotional triggers using their strengths.
